Shipping policy

Order before 7.15pm for same day dispatch (Monday - Friday).

We offer free delivery on all orders over £38, except to those outside of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. 

We only charge £4.99 for deliveries that are under £38 within the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland.

We can also offer specific delivery time requests, such as; Weekend deliveries, pre 12 am deliveries for a fee of £7.99 per box. Please get in touch with the office for more details. 

All of our deliveries will be made with DPD. As one of the industries leaders, DPD are the perfect fit to get your dog food to you quickly and safely. 

We ask that you provide us with your mobile number when checking out, this will help notify you when you parcel is arriving. You can also track your parcel on the DPD website: dpd.co.uk

If you are in mainland UK then your order should always arrive with you on the next working day. If you are outside mainland UK then please allow 2 working days. For orders in the ROI - please allow 3 - 5 working days.
