Happy Dog VET Diet Obesity is used to reduce excess weight. The main features of this diet are the significantly reduced energy and carbohydrate contents. It is rich in high-grade protein and filling roughage. The special recipe creates the optimum conditions for weight reduction whilst protecting the internal organs. Effectively helps to improve and maintain the physical constitution. The rosemary and ginger ingredients contained in the Natural Life Concept¨ are traditionally used as a supplement to stimulate the metabolism.

Dietary food for adult dogs to improve weight loss.

The palatable dietary food combines lots of filling roughage with a low calorie content to effectively reduce body weight. A high proportion of premium quality protein ensures that important muscle mass is maintained, despite the weight loss.

 

It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian prior to feeding. Weight loss should be carried out under veterinary supervision. For optimal effect, only diet should be fed. Supplementary food should be clarified with the attending veterinarian. The optimal weight loss of 1 - 3% of the current body weight per week must be checked regularly.

The amount of feed must be adapted to the individual metabolism of the animal and, if necessary, must be reduced or increased in moderation. A higher volume of faeces is due to the higher fiber content. Recommended feeding time: Until the target body weight is reached. Unless otherwise recommended by the veterinarian, offer 2 meals per day.
