Happy Dog Food Ranges

Our ranges: which line is for which dog

Eight lines, one philosophy. Here is what each range is for, so you can go straight to the right shelf.

A couple with their dog

Sensible: single protein, for dogs that react

Our specialist line and the reason most UK customers find us. Each recipe uses one animal protein, usually one most dogs have never eaten, with a single digestible carbohydrate. Built for elimination diets and for long-term feeding of dogs with itchy skin, recurring ear infections or an unsettled stomach. Grain-free and rice-based options; Mini versions for dogs under 10 kg.

Pure wet: 100% single meat in a tin

One meat, cooked in the tin, nothing else but the minerals that make it complete. No cereals, no soya, no added sugar. The cleanest option for elimination diets and for yeast-prone dogs, and an alternative to raw for owners who want single-ingredient feeding without the risks.

Fit & Vital: everyday food for healthy dogs

For dogs without sensitivities: balanced, highly digestible complete foods by size and life stage, with the Natural Life Concept herbs, green-lipped mussel and omega fatty acids. If your dog is well on a common protein, this is where to stay.

NaturCroq: the original, since 1992

Our first complete kibble and still the value-for-money choice: classic recipes with whole-grain cereals, meat and vegetables, for dogs that thrive on straightforward food.

Young: puppies and juniors, in two phases

Higher energy and protein to about seven months, then a reduced-energy Junior recipe to eighteen months, so the dog grows at the right pace rather than the fastest pace. Lamb & rice, grain-free salmon & potato, and a giant-breed formula. How to feed a puppy.

Mini: everything above, for dogs under 10 kg

Small dogs have faster metabolisms and smaller mouths. The Mini line mirrors Sensible and Fit & Vital in a smaller kibble with the energy density small dogs need.

VET: dietetic foods for diagnosed conditions

Formulated for specific medical conditions and to be fed on a vet's recommendation: kidney disease, struvite stones, liver disease, pancreatitis and digestive disease, food allergy, obesity, and recovery after illness. We stock the full range. See the VET range.

Snacks and care

Soft snacks in the same single proteins as the Sensible line, so a treat does not break an elimination diet, plus Care snacks for skin, joints, weight and calm, and the Medidog supplements.
